| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 10, 2007 Bottle. Average beige light creamy like head that mostly lasted. Clear sparkling body with a mahogany color. Aroma was caramel, fruit. But also hint of berries, wood, toasted and brown sugar notes. Medium bodied with an average carbonation. Light to moderated sweet notes with a burned bitter flavor. Lingering sweet wood finish. Almost like a Flemish Sour without the real sour notes?
