330ml bottle. from the bottle, it pours similar to a red ale, but with a deeper, more intense core. bountiful head, with notable lacing. aromas: dates, plum, and other dark, rich fruits like black succulent cherries and ripe raisins. a touch of oak and faint anise is also noticed. the flavor yields dark fruit juices, pleasant and rich allspice, and faint caramel. the finish continues with the plum sensation onto the back of the palate. on top of all that, the price is right.

It poured a medium brown with a thin, tan head; had a slight carbonated note to it. Aroma was a mix cola and fruits. Flavor was initially sweet with dried fruits but was balanced out with a acidic quality to it. Carbonation was present, but minimal.

Bottle. Average beige light creamy like head that mostly lasted. Clear sparkling body with a mahogany color. Aroma was caramel, fruit. But also hint of berries, wood, toasted and brown sugar notes. Medium bodied with an average carbonation. Light to moderated sweet notes with a burned bitter flavor. Lingering sweet wood finish. Almost like a Flemish Sour without the real sour notes?
