Bottled. Poured clear, ruddy brown with a stately cap of beige head that stuck to the glass well. The aroma was sweet as could be with candied darker fruits at the forefront.. light peppery yeast impression.. sweetness really dominated, though. The flavor had sticky darker fruits throughout, again it was hard to get beyond that.. I liked the yeast used in here, and there was a very full, rich caramelization at the core.. light spicage and plenty more sweetness on the finish.. tasty. Medium-bodied and sweet on the palate with well-used yeast.. this was almost like drinking candy.

Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival 2007. A deep red beer with a thin brown head. The aroma is sweet with primary notes of over-ripe fruits. The flavor is sweet malty with strong notes of over-ripe fruits, leading to a dry and slightly woody finish.

Brownish red, spongey tan head. aroma is odd - cinnamon and other sweet spices mixed with cola. Flavor is OK at forst, with touches of Fruity, cola-ish and spicy, but as it warms a persistant cough medcine note emerges and kinda dominates the whole thing. Ends up rather unappealling.

Nice dark brown body, delisicious small beige head. Strong nose of coffe, it might be some chocolate and fruits, liqueric. The flavour is not as complex as the aroma, but good with some roasted taste, with fruits(citruses?) and some chocolate malt. Bittery-soury aftertaste.

Color: black with brown/ruby glints. Foamy light brown head. Nose: Heavy sweet chocolate notes. Peaberry, bitter chocolate, oaky tannins and soft malt. Palate: Herbal and lemony, then quickly dosed with chocolate malt and an oaky finish. There is a wonderful balance between the dark chocolate notes and the light astringency of the lemony notes.
