| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Mar 11, 2007 Bottle. Poured a dark brown body with massive head and long legs that didn’t quit. Aroma is of oak, malt, and slight sourness. Taste is very similar to the above - slightly sour with a cherry sweetness. More sourness comes out near the end. Slightly bitter. | 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Feb 8, 2007 This one certainly looks good - dark red-brown with a lovely foamy head. I couldn’t make out much of a scent. Flavor was much like fizzy water. Palate is like a diet sprite. An overall disappointment.
