Aroma of caramel malts and fruits (oranges). Slightly hazy, amber coloured brew with an off-white, lasting head. Many bubbles in it. Taste is sweet, malty and fruity. Could use some more taste. Dry finish.

(Bottled) Clear amber color with a small, reasonably lasting, and a bit lacy head. Tart, hoppy, fruity and wheaty aroma with dry hops and mushroom hints. A dry flavor of bitter hops, wheat and fruit. Medium-bodied, dry and bitter palate with slightly fizzy carbonation. A decent, dry hop soup - but not very sophisticated.

(Bottle 25 cl) Very pretty clear amber with a lively, full head. Fresh and fruity nose, and not quite as malty and caramel-like as other "Speciales". Fresh, slightly perfumy notes balanced well by a pronounced bitter finish. 160698

A red beer with a huge orange head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of citrus, but also fruity notes like peaches as well as subtle spicy notes of coriander - a very summerly aroma. The flavor is a little dusty spicy with coriander and licoriceroot coming thru, but also some fruityness as well as the alcohol giving it a slight burn. The end is very dry and spicy and somewhat artificial.

Bottle. Aroma slightly acidic and fruity, reminding me of white wine. Copper colour, big semi-stable white head. Very subtle, watery flavour. Slightly acidic. Mild bitter aftertaste. Actually not bad, just too boring.
