Its like a cross between a Belgian amber and some odd herb/spice brew. No flavor profile sticks out. Skip it. I promise, its not that special... azlondon (665), Fribourg, Switzerland

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Jun 27, 2008 This bottled brew from Indianapolis, IN poured a large sized head of foamy white colored mostly lasting bubbles that left behind a transparent golden brown colored typically carbonated body and a foamy lacing. The aroma was mild with herbal notes. The mouth feel was mildly tingly at the start and mediumly tingly in the finish. The flavor contained notes of hops malt and thin brown malts. microakes (94), Canada

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | May 4, 2008 Bottle. Medium sized off-white fizzy head that mostly diminished, very little lacing, carbonation noted, transparent, and a golden hue. The nose was malt, some hops, caramel, sugary, sweet, and bready. The same for the flavor with some hops as the beer warmed up. Smooth, somewhat thin mouthfeel and light in body. An easy drinking beer and almost too easy to drink due to the smooth flavor. This was an uncomplicated beer, but I did not find anything "speciale" about it. BlackDonald (1127), Boise, Idaho, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Apr 20, 2008 Bottle @ Subzero - This was much more enjoyable than other Petrus beers that I have had in the past. The aroma is sweet and and yeasty, with some dark candi sugar notes, and a cookie dough maltiness. Extremely lively mouthfeel. Not bad, not great, but much better than what I have come to expect. thegreenrooster (1839), St.louis, Missouri, USA

Flavor is earthy malts with some spice and sugar. Not a mind blowing beer here but something that is tasty and enjoyable.
