Commercial Description:
Amber coloured top-fermented beer, brewed according to an old traditional recipe. A tasty beer, mellow in character that you can carry on drinking.

With yeast in it poured an opaque, dull, orangey gold with a big bubbly, whipped cream head that is held in place by some very tight, fine carbonation. The aroma is of gooey caramel lathered in fresh squeezed orange juice. A little oxidation evident in the taste like sapping your own blood - distant, but there. Fizzy tickle on the tongue, it bounces well but becomes creamy in back with the body growing as the beer heats up. Toasted malt mainly, a touch of ’Munich’, with a little breath of fresh citrus making it just a little tangy and maybe a smidgen of shy, dusty hops wander in late into drinking. All malt in the swallow, a little buttery with caramel, again, lingering. Not much to it, quite pleasant overall and easy enough on the palate to be sessionable, but there is nothing here too loud or proud to make a lasting impression on me. (33cL, Int’l Beer Shop, W. LIghtly hazed amber color with a hugh taupe, big bubbled head. Head settles after some time to a mound of bubbles and small islands of lace. Somewhat sweet sour in aroma. Light malt and over-ripe fruit/cider seem to dominate. Thin flavors with a sour dough bread flavors. Some herbal hops seem to come in, but this just does not get a foothold.

Bottled. Deep golden colour with mediumsized head. Aroma is slight alcohol, malts, some metal. Flavour is metal, some sweetish herbs, sweet malts and overall very unpleasantly sweet.

Orange amber color, creamy off-white head. Fruity sour aroma. Crisp carbonation. Citrusy, malty, dry fruity and yeasty notes. Some acidity in the aftertaste. You can drink this but nothing "speciale" happening here.
