hotstuff (3010), Indiana, USA May 4, 2008 Bottle. Medium sized off-white fizzy head that mostly diminished, very little lacing, carbonation noted, transparent, and a golden hue. The nose was malt, some hops, caramel, sugary, sweet, and bready. The same for the flavor with some hops as the beer warmed up. Smooth, somewhat thin mouthfeel and light in body. An easy drinking beer and almost too easy to drink due to the smooth flavor. This was an uncomplicated beer, but I did not find anything "speciale" about it.
