33cl bottle. Pours a cloudy, pale yellow/straw with a medium-sized, long-lasting, white head. The aroma is strong - grassy and lightly peppery with malts, lots of fruit (muscat grapes, bananas and apples) and alcohol. The flavor starts very dry and musty. A light, floral, estery sweetness follows. The middle of the tongue has nice, sweet malts (caramel and pilsner malt), some fruity esters (golden delicious apples), some grassy and earthy hops, and a very subtle acidity (mostly from the high carbonation I think). The finish is dry and refreshing with touches of sweet, gold malt. The mouthfeel is light, slightly chalky, very dry, and very highly carbonated. It adds to the refreshing character of this brew. Overall, I liked this a lot and think that the RateBeer community seems to have under-valued this gem (its current average is only 3.32).

Appearance: golden color. Great color, white, good adherence to glass and lasting. Aroma: pale malts. Intensive herbal, citric and some menthol hoppy smells. Some liquory, citric and mineralized aromatic’s touch. Flavor: ephemeral pale malts start. Progress of medium hop’s dryness with slight citric and mentholated touches, this remember the fresh-mint and eucalyptus. Peel-lemon and grapefruits fruit’s notes. Warming final with yeasty, light metal and mineralized aftertaste. Palate: medium body, silky texture and high carbonation. Persistent and nice dryness and excessive carbonated. Without greats qualities.

Light clove in the nose, with some subtle banana and bubblegum. Flavor is crisp and clean. Slight green apple and honey in the finish with a lingering wheat, but a very creamy mouthfeel. The carbonation is a fantastic light small bubble that just explodes in the mouth. Nice beer.
