Poured with a big, frothy if a bit soap bubbly, fragrant, yeasty aroma. Delightful. Lots of flavor, but not too much. good balance. Bittersweet; more bitter than sweet. Champagney. Great body. Excellent finish. Including its strength, still almost a session beer.
