The aroma is spicy, piny, yeasty, soapy, and fruity. The appearance is hazy pale gold with a few floating particulates and a huge head. The flavor is like the aroma and quite decent. The palate is a little thin. Overall a good but not great beer.

Hazy golden with a moderate head, solid lacing and retention. Aroma is spiced with coriander and has notes of grass and various fruits. Medium bodied, slightly bitter finish.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy golden with a large long lasting white head that leaves good lacing. Aroma of sweet malt and bananas. Taste is the same as aroma just not as prominent. Medium mouthfeel with a high level of carbonation and very mild bitterness. Not a very complex Tripel but very enjoyable.

Bu au Vineryards à Ottawa (33cl). Blonde peu claire, bon collet avec un peu de dentelle. Arome de malte épicé, avec des herbes sucrés. Goût d’épice légé, très petillant dans la bouche.

A hazy golden blonde ale with a thick creamy white head. A nice crisp malt aroma, grassy, with notes of yeasts and Brett. In mouth, a good dry malt, with good hopping, a bit astringent, with notes of lemon. Not bad. Bottle from LCBO gift pack, X-mas 2005, BB 08-04-2007.

Golden color with small white head. Help! I can’t taste anything....let me try again....flavor is present for a millisecond then is gone. What flavor there is, isn’t bad...just wish I could enjoy it longer. Semi-sweet, hoppy flavor. Wouldn’t recommend to friends.

In the 330 mL bottle from Cyclone Liquors. Pours a rich and slightly hazy deep golden yellow with an enormous pillowy white head. Simply a beautiful beer. Aroma was skunked. Hard to discern any other scent. Flavor was lemony and dry. Disappointing to me.

This beer was exceedinlgy carbonated, it looked almost alive with an active head. Aroma of flowers, honey, soap. Dry with a bit of banana taste. Very mild flavor. Good, not great.
