Cloudy pear-gold with a pumice white head. Slightly cereal, slightly chemical, peach ester aroma. Tangy, fruity, slightly astringent, apple peel flavor. Frothy mouthfeel, medium-light body, tangy finish. Medium-light bittering. Very drinkable, a bit indistinct.

Massive center fount of carbonation, cloudy dark gold and a rocky diminsihing head. Aroma and pepper wetness and lemon zest. A weaker. lest spicy, and more tart version of La Fin Du Monde. Overall, if you can get past the sour tart taste, it’s decent but falls short of other belgium triples.

11.2 oz bottle via mail order. Pours golden with large white frothy head. Strong aroma with citrus and yeast. Strong similar taste. Nice clean yeast finish. Alcohol seems stronger than the 7.5 listed.

Golden colour, almost clear. Has a huge white head, mostly not lasting. Fruity aroma, notes of spice and cheap malt. Sweet flavor, some spice too. Lasting palate.

Light golden with a small frothy head. Floral, sweet and spicy. Very light for a tripel with no bitterness.
