| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 2/5 | 16/20 | Jul 19, 2006 Light golden with an airy and rocky white head that sticks around a good long while. Yeasty aromas with an emphasis on crisp apple, brown bread, and honey. Some alcohol and bitterness on the initial bite before reaching a plummy, rich, nearly cherry fruit. The long finish ends with a final dry salute to a very decent tripel. Marks off for a lack of complexity and a little thinness.
