Hazy gold with a cream sponge that lasts for the entire drink. Terrific aroma: strong spiciness mingling with orange, higher alcohols, some sour grape, and a bit of corriander. Flavour has some bitterness up front that lasts, higher alcohols are prominent before a woody, buttery taste. I find the flavour a disappointment after such a great aroma. Feels a bit warm and has a blast of carbonation. Unfortunately, this beer had an obvious astringency that lingered annoyingly. I probably won’t have this one again unless it’s on tap somewhere (I had this one from the bottle).

Wow, what an explosive head. Pours a huge and active frothy white head that doesn’t want to seem to go away. The head also has that nice chunking effect...... Aroma is pears, sweet and hoppy. Notes of fruit, caramel, and hops are present in the taste. Alcohol is present in the finish, but just slightly.

97 version. Pours hazy, dirty yellow. Minimal tan head. Nose has fruity yet estery aroma. Citrus notes and corriander. Flavor is of malt, candi sugar and apricots. Alcohol presence lingers in the finish.

Pours a cloudy golden color with a huge, frothy, diminishing white head. Very spicy (coriander) and yeasty aroma. Flavor of earthy yeast and citrus, bitter finish. Full body, oily and watery texture. A very standard tripel, does nothing special for me.

After the beer was opened foam made its way to the top of the bottle and began growing from it like one of those "snake fireworks"...poured a gold color with a monstrous white head that emitted grassy notes, some citrus and a touch of spice...Flavor was very wheaty almost yeasy like bread dough...Some citrus qualities as well...Very tingly mouthfeel...Alcohol somewhat present in the finish which gives a bit of a warming effect...NIce Tripel

Blond with an insanely tall white head that starts bubbly but condenses to froth. Slightly cloudy. Aroma is kind of sour, with possible underlying pineapple/grapefruit/apple fruit salad notes. Some tangyness in the feel.

330 ml bottle. Hazy, very carbonated yellow gold colour with a huge frothy, creamy and rocky white head. Grassy, herbal, and lightly peppery and spicy aroma. Fruity, herbal, and lightly spicy with a perfumy alcohol bitter finish. Medium bodied, fizzy and creamy mouthfeel. Rather disappointing.
