Straw colored with some butter aroma. Tastes of saaz and slight bubble gum with mineral finish and skunk. Smooth and lean, almost cidery with hints of vinegar or tobacco.

Fragrant floral (rose) aroma, Sweetness comes out in this strong Tripel. The fruity flavors coming through in the sample had me thinking of a Saison or Farmhouse Ale.

750 pours medium golden color with hints of orange and a monster rocky head. Alot of carbonation. Yeast and sour notes in the aroma. Slight vegetal body with a sweetness at the end. A drying effect at the swallow. Some caramel notes too. Not bad, but too many directions for me.

Bottle: Golden, lively carbonation, smaller persistent off-white head; sweet-sourish fruity nose with a tinge of vanilla and some cellary traces; moderate to robust sweet-sourish flavour, medium to full bodied; sweetish-fruity (lemons, green apples) finish with a light acidity and some throat-warming alcohol. Unusual, but very interesting....

Pours golden with thick foamy white head. Malty with some barnyard and straw, almost saison-like. Eh, didn’t do much for me.
