bottle and glass thanks to swalden28 for a christmas present. poured a dirty yellow with a very nice white head and some floaties. aroma was a little on the odd side with banana, lemon, ace bandage wrap, and maybe a little bit of olive juice. flavor was spicy, lemon, and maybe some pepper. body was light and very highly carbonated.

11.2 oz bottle. Aroma is strong enough to get through a plugged sinus, so that gave it a bonus point... :) Cloudy amber with a full white head. Smooth and yeasty, potent. I like most Belgians, and I like this one as well.

Cloudy gold with a good head, sweet yeast aroma, slightly bitter but sweet fruity taste, nice but not the best Petrus beer.

330 ml bottle. Slightly hazy pale golden colour, thick and foamy white head. Fruity aroma with yeast and some spices. The flavour is malty, fruity, with a little coriander and alcohol. Dry finish. Not exactly bad, but simple and a little too thin.

Pours a cloudy light orange with a HUGE white head that slowly settles. Just too much foam upon first pour. I like having a little beer with my foam. Aroma is of light fruits, cream, and yeast; pretty typical for the style. Flavor has all of the usual tripel characteristics like spice and light fruits, slightly floral flavor too. In this case, it’s a bit watery though. Light, watery mouthfeel. Decent, but there are better tripels out there to say the least. Overall, good.

Really light golden coloured beer with a rich and strong, large bubbled head. The aroma has some sour fruits, and large amounts of alcohol. The taste is filled with even more alcohol, and some rich, sweet malts.

Bottle. Pours sparkling and hazy dark yellow with a small, fizzy white head, mostly diminishing with spare lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (cookie, hay, straw), light hop (flowers), average yeast (horse blanket, earth) with notes of grape and pear. Medium bodied, thick and mineral texture, soft carbonation, and a bitter finish. Average duration, light sweetness, moderate acidity and bitterness.
