Good looking brew, ample head, good retention on top of a clear, copper/amber hued body. Faint notes of cherries and malt in the nose. Med/light body. Lightly sweet maltiness and fruits. Finish is dry. Spices?

The rockiest of heads. Orange-red color. Aroma is malty and alcoholic. Taste is spicy and bitter up front, becoming alcoholic and more bitter as it progresses. Not very complex.

Clear intens dark-amber beer with creamy beige head. Good carbonation. Fine malty hints in the nose with a smooth sweet accent and a touch of green hops. Round mouthfeel, slight sweetness; touch of malts, spices and aromatic herbs. vegetal bitter touch in the afthertaste.

Pours amber brown with a big head. Fruity aroma with a little skunk. Very cheap taste for a belgian. Just plain bland. Stinks when a beer looks good and then it is all downhill.

Light in color with a faint sour Belian aroma. Light taste with a bit of sour fruitiness and mildly dry Belgian flavor.

A pretty boring ale. No bitterness. A bit sour but not in a very pleasant way. Metallic and a bit acidic.

Crystal clear amber coloured body with a thin off-white head. Aroma of light malt, cardboard, old low a.a. hops and a small amount of toffee. Medium-bodied; Astringent malt taste with minimal spices & sugars. Aftertaste shows a light finish with hardly any alcohol, malt or sugars showing through. Overall, nice to try, but not a great seasonal when you compare it with others. I sampled this 33 cL bottle purchased at Chevy Chase Wine & Liquors in Washington, D.C. on 24-December-2004.

Bottled. This was a decent beer. Nice Belgian malt taste all the way through.
