Mild toffe, vinuous quality... a bit tart and syrpy. Dark malt sweetness but not bitter chocolate, more like maple or molasses

Again, another Belgian with an amazing tendency to explode from the bottle. The yeast here is actually surprisingly mellow in contrast to the rest of the flavor, which is fruity, musty, and a touch cidery. Slightly sour, but enough malt base to keep it grounded as well as keep it within the "holiday ale" spectrum.

hazy orange and a few too many floaters, even for me. I like floaters. aroma of dark bready malt, molasses, and syrup. flavours is dark and sweet with some brown sugar and vanilla with a bit of chocolate. finishes a little tart.

Pours light brown/red with piles of sediment in suspension. Looks like snowflakes. Spiced chocolate malt aroma. Very peppery with a good carbonation and mouthfeel. Cocoa, vanilla, green berries/grape, and wine notes. Quite dry. Light hops and yeast in the finish.

Poured a hazy brownish colr with a off white head. Light malty aroma and tastes with some spices. OK but I’ve had better X-Mas beers.

No aroma. Mild or weak flavour. Quite boring. Some sourness and loads of carbonation.

Faint aroma of malt, toffee, and molasses. Hazy ruby brown color, off-white head dissipates quickly. Flavor is plainly malty, a little spiciness and herbal hop flavor are present but weak. Highly carbonated, medium body. Nothing to write home about.

Loaded with all sorts of scary floaties; lovely, fruity, candi nose; head quickly dissipates; flavorful malt presence that’s rather restrained with light spicing and a mild, slightly sour finish; very good, but not much of a winter-beer, and $2.56/8.4oz?, certainly not worth that.....
