Oct 2, 2008 Coloração escura, creme medianamente denso e consistente, deixando uma camada perene no copo. Muito leve no aroma e no sabor. O malte torrado, que é a marca do estilo, só é percebido no final. Para uma schwarzbier, deixa um pouco a desejar. Falta mais corpo e caráter.

Jul 11, 2008 The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass is incredible. Quite dark, but not black. Fine foam, disappears not too fast. Starts vapid, aftertaste shows malty and smoky notes, still not too much. Could be more malty and stronger. Drinkable and good schwarzbier!

Jan 5, 2008 Bottled. A deep red beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty - the aroma is very light - since it was served very (read ice) cold. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel, leading to a dry bitter finish.

Jan 5, 2008 Smells of grassy hops with some subtle caramel malt notes. Pours a dark reddish brown, almost black with a small off-white head. Taste is pleasantly malty, nice dark malt flavor, subtle coffee notes, a little watery. Quite tasty.
