Jun 28, 2008 Bottle. Sour banana, apple and milk chocolate malt aroma. Cloudy orange-brown color wtih larger tan head. Sour orange, milk chocolate malt and slight sweet banana flavor. A nice beer - distinctly a dunkelweizen.

May 11, 2008 Pours a hazy golden orange. Aromas of bread/bananas/ and some fruit. Had a taste of yeasty bread with some spice.

Mar 1, 2007 Hefig-säuerlicher Geruch. Säuerlich-herber Antrunk, ab dem Mittelteil malzig-herb, auch im Nachgeschmack will die Herbe nicht weichen, die vohandene Hefigkeit kommt so kaum zur Geltung. Ein fruchtiger Teil fehlt hier, insgesamt ein recht unscheinbares Bier.

Oct 15, 2006 bottled. pretty pale for a dunkelweizen. not much sign of dark malt, just a nagging brown sugar and toffee quality. lightly sour, faint vanilla, a bit of a mess.
