Tried another bottle after having it for 8-9 years, it was actually carbonated! Easy to tell it’s ridiculously old, it tastes like ashtray, spoiled corn and newspaper. Wonderful stuff.

Feb 8, 2002 flavored with ginseng? nigro pleeze. how can one resist? so we got some. tastes alright. but it seems like it got pulled off the shelves in chicago sometime between 9/99 and 12/99, because we can’t find the brew anywhere anymore. and that’s too bad, because i was kind of rockin’ the afrocentric label and the tinted glass bottle...

Jan 3, 2002 Good tasting for a malt. Had to buy it and try it as a novelty. Only found it once in New Haven, CT, not surprised. I use the bottle to keep coins in.
