illinismitty (1456), Nashville, Tennessee, USA Jun 23, 2008 Bottle from Foodery II in Philadelphia. Pours pale amber with an off white head (yellow hues) and nice lacing. Aroma of toffee and wet brewing grains. Medium light bodied. British like maltiness (toffee and caramel) countered by a muted hop bitterness that lingers. This would be an ideal candidate for a cask offering.
