Jan 12, 2006 This was my other favorite. This was delicious and refreshing! A very interesting experiment on this style that works, what a combination. Nice, cloudy hazy pour, with some lemony clove notes in the aroma but the flavor has that refreshing bit of fresh ginger, and a great malty character that stands up to everything else going on in the beer and makes this quite tasty and well balanced.

Aug 30, 2004 Cloudy dark yellow. Light ginger and wheat nose...flavor is much too strong, overpowered by the ginger... i.e. ginger ale. Light sweet malts and apple cider flavors, but dominated by the ginger.

Feb 12, 2004 Not bad at all! Taste is quite malty, and ginger is all over the place. Better than most ginger beer's I've had. Very drinkable, spicy.

Feb 12, 2004 Hazy gold, white head & lacing. The aroma is full of ginger, spicy sweet with some interesting flavors of ginger. This caught me off guard with the huge ginger ness. Well-balanced finish, tons of ginger.
