Mar 16, 2007 Cask@Pigs ear BF 06. Quite lemony/orangey. Yeah, definiet citric hop cgaracters. Some nice bitterness in the finish, but quite light. Pretty tasty.

Dec 22, 2006 Cask conditioned - gravity dispense - Pigs Ear BF. Copper colour with bubbly off white head. Lots of raspberry on aroma, some hop. Fine in mouth, some juiciness, spicey hop on finish. Fine bitter.

Amber golden coloured and slightly pale. Lively hop finish.

Copper golden coloured fruity and slightly sweet on the palate. Some dryness in a bitter finish.
