Poured a clear, somewhat bright golden with rising carbonation and a dusting of white head. Aroma was of sweet, bready pale malts and a pinch of lemon.. nothing offensive.. smelled refreshing. Flavor was of light, sweet bready malts, again with a hint of citrus... Lighter-bodied w/ some sour and grainy notes on the palate. Nothing wrong with this, but nothing to make me go back. Nice to have in Patong but there are better options. tiggmtl (4311), Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jan 20, 2007 Initial skunkiness blows off quickly leaving a fairly hopped aroma. Clear golden body is topped by a decent white head that recedes to ring. Mildly sweet flavour has some notes of creamed corn and a light but refreshing offsetting bitterness. Light body with medium carbonation. Green bottle sampled with beerbuzzmontreal, cathschlag, MartinT, Olivier_MTL, Siroy and Yowie. Glouglouburp (2826), Montreal, Quebec, Canada

Aroma is a bit skunky, like an old stella artois or something. Watery body with a typical macro taste of cereals without hops. This is Corona and friends quality. Phucket, F*ck it. | 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Jan 17, 2007 Bottle, somewhat dark, golden pour, quick head. some grain, watery, nothing too bad about it, decent to drink, just very boring, would welcome it as beer though, if I was in Thailand! Pretty cool that it has the website embossed on the glass! lol. mjg74 (1997), La Mesa, California, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Jan 13, 2007 Bottle from Trader Joe’s. Pours a clear medium golden color. Sweet skunked aroma with a little malt and grains. Flavor is grainy and a little sour. I’ve had worse pale lagers. GG (1640), NorCal, California, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Jan 12, 2007 For a pale lager, this wasn’t horrible. It was drinkable with the homemade pizza I baked. An aroma of yeast, malts, grass and a little skunk but not really bad. Perhaps I got a fresh bottle? Appearance was clear and piss yellow with a nice white head (typical of a pale lager). Mouthfeel was light and evervescent. Flavors were also on the lighter side of things, with a lttle malt, a little hops and not much else. To rate with other lagers, it’s not bad. But on the overall scheme of things it’s not all that tasty.
