Found this @ Beermuseum Lustin, bottle 33 cl. BBF end ’06. Hazy amber color, with good off-white head. Aroma malts, caramel, some oldness. Medium body. Taste is not bad, better as espected, little sweet, spice, malts, caramel.

Bottle, 6.5%. Malty, bready aroma. Small, creamy tan head. Cloudy amber colour. The flavour is bready and a little vinous. Quite malty with a little dusty finish.

Bottled. Purchased at Delirium Cafe. Amber body with a small tanned head. nose is flowery with spices and is filled with an underlying sweetened maltiness. Taste is grains, light spice, yeast and light hop charcter. Sort of a nice crispness to this. Body has some carbonated sharpness to it with a very lively notes on the tongue. Some spicy tingling to it as well. Finish is unripened fruit, more grains, and a nice kick at the end.

Amber, slight greenish shine, end of bottle fully flunky; good yellow-amber head. Roasted, slightly spicey, very balanced, nothing overpowering the rest. First idea of taste is fresh-malty with dash of hops, then a quite oxydized, nutty taste takes over (sample well before BBd!). Bit musty, but not unpleasant. Cookies, old port even. Well bodied, sparkling and yeast-creamy at the same time; again very balanced. Very nice ale - unlike the other Phylosphale beers. Funny about the oxidation, however.

Amber coloured beer with a medium head. Light chalky, hoppy aroma. Dry bitter, light malty brown sugar taste. Dry bitter aftertaste. Not really my kind of beer.
