| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Aug 20, 2005 Hazy light-orange with a large, loosely formed white head. Wheaty apricot aroma, slightly grapefruity. Crispy wheat flavor, some rye, ginger, and oranges. A tad over-carbonated, but a solid offering. Probiere (992), Iowa, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jul 8, 2005 Light and airy wheat, quaffable but without much substance, sadly. Is this to be a light version of the regular hefe? Clearish, yellow, small head, hint of citrus...meh. frankenkitty (1903), Oak Lawn, Illinois, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jun 10, 2005 Rather clear for a wheat with a white film for a head, aromas detected were spruce and citrus hops with a mild banana presence. Flavor was moderately bitter with a spicy, dry finish. Commercial description started, "A delicious wheat ale. The name says it all." Meh... I’d call it Baron Von Mediocre.

Nice lemony aroma, citricly fruity flavor .. .nice summer brew. Jokes (1453), Chicago, Illinois, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 31, 2005 Slightly hazy, golden body with a fluffy, white head. Fresh baked wheat bread, sweet oranges, lemon zest and moderate high-alpha hops in the nose. An average body that was a bit sharp at points and could have been a tad fuller for me. The flavors were good, but a little to hoppy and spicy for my tasty. Not as much malt backbone as I would have liked. Just an average wheat beer. iwantalambic (1389), St. Louis, Missouri, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | May 29, 2005 Draught: hazed apricot appearance with a wheaty aroma along with hints of citrus zest and yeast. Palate was nice enough, well carbonated and pretty full bodied, but lacking in depth. Orangey flesh flavours, along with wheat, honey and a bit of spicy clove. Truly awesome only in the comments from the folks I drank it with, but for me not bad. The curvy series is way better... jaymobrown (1360), Chicago, Illinois, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | May 8, 2005 Light citrusy, hoppy beer. Medium characteristics. Golden hue with a foamy head. Crisp. Could have enjoyed some more wheat and malt flavors to round it out. Though it was very refreshing.
