17thfloor (1403), Chicago, Illinois, USA Apr 1, 2009 Pours a clear dark brown, near black, with a small off white head. Great aroma of burnt rubber, very smokey, sweet caramel malt and a nice bite of C-hops. Flavor of campfire, lightly fruity, a touch sweet and perfumey in the finish. Thinner bodied for a stout, more of a porter, lightly carbonated and slightly oily. This was delicious even if it does taste like burnt rubber.
