Draft at Piece. Decent looking beer, yellow with a small but lasting foamy head. Nice malt profile is both light and sweet, delicate and grainy. Magnificent.

Tap at Piece: Clean light gold hue with a fading fizzy head. The aroma has notes of grains, biscuity malt, apple esters, grassy hops and a hint of soap. The taste is pretty much what I expected, mild pale malts and light-handed bitterness in this session ale. A bit musty tasting too. The mouth feel is sprite and light-bodied. A ho-hum ale, drinkable with pizza but nothing you need to go outta way to get.

Clear apple juice body with medium white head. Aroma is medium sweet, yeasty, faint herbal and lime. Taste is medium sweet, finishing with mild herbal/grassy bitterness. Hoppiness increases as the beer warms. Highly carbonated, light body.

Everyone likes a pretty blonde in the Summer!! This is a great session ale with very, very tame malt presence and a hoppy ending. Light throughout, this golden pintfull, with it's beautifly lacing head and light grassy aroma, could easily be introduced to your macro drinking friends as well as enjoyed by the serious beer hunter. Very nice to the last drop. Order another and another and still feel good when you leave (unless you pigged out on a pizza, as I did)
