On tap @ the brewpub. Yum. Hazy pale golden coloured with a medium sized head. Great balance with notes of malt, hops , pines, spices and fruits. Nice and dry finish.

Pours a hazy yellow color with a white head. Aroma is lots of citrus hops. flavor is slightly malty with a bitter finish.

pitcher at piece. pretty damned good and hoppy for an APA. in particular, super grapefruit floral hops in the nose. taste is just like the moose knuckles and wingnut, which were also on, but a little more watery. this is solid.

Draught at the pizzeria. Pours cloudy orange gold with thin white head. The aroma is pineapple and citrus, with some breadiness. The flavor is pineapple and grapefruit, with hints of pita bread in the backbone. Clean, fruity hop finish. Very good.

Draught during my Dark Lord excursion. I was told by my server that this is an IPA, and I without a doubt completely agree with that assessment after sampling this. The pour is a super cloudy orange with a small, thin white head. It was almost as cloudy as the hefeweizen. The aroma = awsome. Very bright grapefruit, pine with an extremely fresh and floral attitude. Great depth and balanced is achieved in this biting, citrusy nose. The flavor doesn’t live up to that fabulous aroma, but how could it? There is a bitter grapefruit up front with a floral backdrop and notes of green tea throughout. This very hop heavy. A thinner honey sweetness attempts a balance, but the hops are so satisfying and rich that I’m not really looking for that. Very, very nice.

sampled from a growler at DLD. pours pale copper with tan head. nose of PNW hops, this was pretty hoppy with juicy grapefruit notes. a decent apa.

Poured hazy medium amber with a dusting and a ring of white head. Grapefruit and pine stand out in the aroma.. some caramel and bready notes beneath.. fills out with warmth.. quite enticing! The flavor was of juicy pears and grapefruit, becoming rather thick across the middle.. high pine, grapefruit, and pineapple bitterness all around.. sufficient caramel base. Creamy carbonation and medium-bodied with decent balance between the soft middle and rather high bitterness at the edges. Dry finish.

Hazy straw and golden color. Light texture, aroma, and taste. Very subtle all the way around. Hop nose and flavor with some floral and spices. Lots of fruit peel flavor as well.
