GTMW 2006. The beer pours to a glowing golden body with a lasting creamy white head. The aroma is sweet grassy sourdough bread. The flavor is sweet grassy sourdough bread. The palate is medium-light bodied. Nice texture.

Pours a filtered gold with a wonderful whipped head of white. The aroma is of sweet biscuity malt, lt. spicy hops, and a touch of grassiness. The body is light but filling with a perfect amount of CO2. The flavors are perfect, a touch of honey malt, a nice bready maltiness and a very appropriate amount of hops rounded out by the ever-so-slight amount of fruity esters from the ale yeast. The finish is nicely drying, both from the hops, and from the appropriate amount of attenuation. Just excellent.

On tap at Piece. Poured a pale straw golden with a light white head. Mild pale malts and some citrus provided a simple and light nose... pleasant. Pale malts and corn husk were found in the flavor. Easy drinkin’ and simple.. tasty. Light and crisp (never watery) on the palate. Certainly drinkable with no real flaws.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear yellow. No aroma to speak of and not much flavor. Finishes with the same stale aftertaste as the Baron Von Awesome, in fact the only detectable difference between the two was that this was clear and even more watered down. Pass.

this was hard for me and my friends to finish. it tasted like Busch lite. a slightly upgraded busch lite. and i’m being specific because it didn’t taste like other BMC lites. it tasted like busch lite. texture was the same. bleh.

This draft brew from the brewery poured a almost none medium sized fully diminished white colored bubbles poor oily lacing. The body contained no carbonation, was transparent and orange in color. Its aroma was mild malty and almost non-existent. Its mouth feel is initially tingly spicy with a lingering palate and a smooth crisp clean malty aftertaste. Its flavor contained good mild hop notes. A very average brew.

Golden with a cloyingly sweet, fruity nose. Thin and watery, it presents a sweet ale with light fruits, cherries and mayhaps plums, and only a hint of bready malts. I was surprised to see this classified as a Kölsch.

Extremely light version of the style without the expected creaminess or citrus hopping. I just wasn’t impressed with this at all. Seemed very watered down...I got the impression that this was the beer they used to try and shoehorn between a macro-beer drinker and his Miller Lite...and a quick scan of the bar seemed to suggest it wasn’t working...
