Semi unfiltered amber brown. Subtle sweet malt smell. Watery mild ale like. A bit of dough in there too. Just not my favorite but still well made and tastes decent - it is just a bit underplayed for me overall.

Dark brown color, with a beige head, toasty, biscuity malt nose, with some caramel, toffee, biscuity dough accents, light floral hop aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a sweet toasted, caramelised malt character, with a toffee, nutty accent, a faint nutmeg spiciness, some dried raisin, fig fruitiness, hint of flowery hop citrusy, leading towards a malty, faint hop bitterness finish.

Pours a brownish muddy chocolate color with a filmy white head. Smell is mild and well balanced between lightly aromatic hops and malt. Taste is fruity, with light hops but sweet and creamy as well. Very sessionable with prickly, bubbly carbonation. Pretty good beer.
