33cl bottle poured into a pint glass. Dark amber brown with diminishing tan head. Very subtle earthy biscuit aroma. After head dissipates, almost no aroma. Flavor is flat cola. Overly sweet, terrible. Very slight carbonation. Sweet finish. This beer is awful.

Brown with tiny beige head. Sweet aroma with slight notes roasted malt and caramel. Sweet flavour with roasted malt, caramel and hints of milk chocolate. Somewhat watery.

Bottle @ Felthaus/Søren Belgian tasting.
Pours redish brown with a small, frothy, beige head. Disappears quickly. Aroma is sugary, some caramel. Thin, watery mouthfeel. Flavour is extremely sugary sweet. Not good.

Bottle, thx to Tarjei. A clear, dark brown beer with a minimal beige head. More a rim of bubbles actually. The aroma isn’t bad at all, it’s just not there. Amazingly weak, with just a tiny caramel scent. Weak flavor too, with sticky-sweet caramel, malt and berries. Thin, sticky body and next to no finish. A strange beer. No aroma, low on flavor, low ABV and low score. (080731)

It is what it is. We pick this table beer up in Belgium every once in a while. It’s low alcohol and more sweet than most brunes, but I do know alot of families will drink this at the dinner table(the whole family.) We have the Blond with pizza and this one with steaks.

33 cl bottle, bought in Oostende. Tasted at cottage in Korshavn, shared with gunnfryd and yngwie. Brown reddish color, almost no head. Aroma has only hints of dried fruit. Flavor is sweet and malty with metallic soapy aftertaste. High carbonation.

33 cL bottle. Pours visible, dark golden brown with a creamy tan head. Sweet and mild spiced wort and caramel aroma. Almost sticky sweet caramel malt flavour - quite similar to a Danish hvidtøl - just worse. There is something artificial about the sweetness. Ends flat sweet and caramel flavoured.
