Apr 30, 2009 Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours with a large, creamy, white head and a hazed golden body. Aroma is musty, with notes bread, lightly hopped, candied sugar and tangerine. Taste is wheat, candied, sugar, bread, pear and a spiciness. Lively bubbles, creamyish mouthfeel.

Apr 30, 2009 Bottle. Body-apple juice, very white and foamy head. Taste-weird, sweet malt, lager, “Imperial Lager” tasting, sweet, straw, foamy, LME, a little too sweet and lagerish for me, ashtray, caramel, white pepper, lots of pepper, alcohol on the BE. Gets better as it warms.

Nov 28, 2008 Bottle, Brewtopia. Hazy gold with great big head. Bright citrus zest permeates the aroma. High carbonation. Clean finish after a perfect flavor profile that never wanders into any extreme territory and finishes brilliantly dry. Beautiful beer and one of the great surprises from this festival!
