Aroma has touches of biquits with fresh jam sitting on top, it is slight lactic and has hints of old fortified wine. The beer has a well integrated soft woody touch in the nose
and suggest a subtile sweet sour brew. The taste is very caracteristic and is not to sour or to sweet. There are hints of cookies, wood, old port some fruits and milkbread. In the aftertaste there is a slight tannine like crispyness. At the LCRBM (Kulminator Antwerp) Thanks to me for finding this.
