fiulijn (5880), Como; Lausanne (CH); Malmö (SWE), Italy Mar 18, 2008 Hazy blond color. Dry Blond Ale, a bit peppery, with a vegetable trace in the flavor. Quite high bitterness. Uninteresting.

Dry finish. faroeviking (4387), Faroese Autonomous Beer Republic, Denmark Jul 31, 2007 Bottle. Pours a hazy yellow colour. The aroma is sour and wheaty with some banana. The flavour is sour, yeasty, wheaty, sweet and bit malty. Ethereal (927), London, Greater London, England Jul 23, 2007 750ml bottle. Oh if only I’d typed up my rate when I wrote it, I could have been first! Thanks to my friend Camille for this lovely beer. The aroma is a delicate mix of floral notes with a hint of hay. The beer pours hay blonde with a small head but leaves lots of lacing on the glass. There is a very good balance to the beer and you can enjoy the light, flowery flavours with ease thanks to a light and uncloying palate. Overall, an excellent and superbly refreshing beer for a summer’s evening.
