Hazy blond color. Dry Blond Ale, a bit peppery, with a vegetable trace in the flavor. Quite high bitterness. Uninteresting.

A Mes rate: 33cl bottle at Casper’s Christmas Cracker.
Cloudy and dirty brown yellow with a thin white head. Sugary sweet aroma with slight hops and burnt toast. Very burnt flavour and rather plastic. Not great.

750ml bottle. Oh if only I’d typed up my rate when I wrote it, I could have been first! Thanks to my friend Camille for this lovely beer. The aroma is a delicate mix of floral notes with a hint of hay. The beer pours hay blonde with a small head but leaves lots of lacing on the glass. There is a very good balance to the beer and you can enjoy the light, flowery flavours with ease thanks to a light and uncloying palate. Overall, an excellent and superbly refreshing beer for a summer’s evening.
