Oct 1, 2008 This ale pours a nice ruby amber with a small head. Caramel and a sweet malt on the nose. Taste is much of the same but in a much lighter version. Also this Wee Heavy is a lot lighter in body than usual. Very Drinkable and overall not to shabby!

Sep 20, 2008 Sour, rye, and hops dominate the aroma on this reddish brown pour. It has a nice roasted, peat malt flavor that is complimented by a certain amount of sourness.

Sep 2, 2008 Great buttery smell, texture and taste. Great lacing. The buttery aspect of this ale is amazing. I almost expect this one to have cholesterol.

Aug 31, 2008 7/20/08 On draught at the Dog & Pony, Renton, Wa. Aroma is grape candy forward followed by caramel malt. Appearance is clear copper with a well maintained white head. Flavor is all sweet malt forward, citrusy, with caramel and medium bittering. Mouthfeel is slightly creamy, medium/full bodied with a medium carb bite and acid tang. Overall, rich and sweet, but never overwhelmingly sweet.
