Some weird vanillary malt in mouth. Very light smoke. Actually I quite like the flavours. Malts are balanced by a tingly hop finish. Best tasting in the mouth so far of the Pike beers. puzzl (2627), New York, New York, USA

Grapefruit sweetness, cinnamon, and cherry pits abound, with great complexity and depth. Doesn’t really hold up, though. There is a definite soda-pop kinda flavor straight out, and the finish is malty and chewy and a little bland. gator2683 (140), Anchorage, Alaska, USA
