Bomber courtesy of kenb. Pours slightly cloudy gold with almost no head. The nose is fruit and lightly spicy yeast. The taste is more fruit, peppery hops, spice and yeast. Medium mouthfeel. Pretty good tripel and very warming. Thanks for sending this my way Ken.

Bottle, shared with Parksy. Pours a deep brassy gold with a thick white head that leaves nice lace. Very spicy sweet aroma and flavour, with prominent notes of vanilla, licorice, and more subtle notes of almonds and cloves. Silky mouthfeel. Very nice.

Bottle as shown. Pours a cloudy yellow golden with a small frothy white head that diminishes quickly leaving decent spotty lacing along the glass. The aroma is a fruity malt with orange peel, banana, and yeast. Medium mouthfeel with a dry fruit malt with clove, banana, and yeast with a dry finish. Hides the alchol decently making it easy to drink. A good tripel from Pike.

Reviewed 7/23/2009 (bottle): Pours a very clear light yellow colored body, with a foamy whitish head, diminishing. Floral aroma. Fruity and flowery, semi-strong. Floral grainy taste. Spicy taste. Light taste, soft mouthfeel. A little sweet tasting.

A light golden ale with a thin white head. A rather light vanilla cream aroma, fruity esters, and light orange peels. In mouth, a spot on triple with light candy sugar, coriander, lots of orange peels, some cuban rhum warmth. Nice and smooth. On tap at brewpub, Sept. 12 2009.

A sweet but not very spicy aroma. Looks flat. Flavor is better than appearance. A good spice that has some zing in the finish.
