May 16, 2008 Sample at the brewpub. This brew pours a clear golden color with a thin and foamy off-white head that diminishes steadily. Sticky patches of lacing on the glass. Mild hops and grass in the nose. Light-bodied with a light hoppy character, with notes of malt and hay. The finish is floral hops with a lightly bitter aftertaste. Average overall.

May 2, 2008 Bottle... Poured orange with a fluffy white head. Aroma of fruit, grains and malt. Tastes of a very mild pale ale. Contains bread-like hops but just needs a little more to pull it off. Finishes with lingering, tangy malt.

Apr 10, 2008 Aroma is fruity with some hop esters.
Appearance is cloudy amber with a good sized head.
Flavor is hops, fruit, sweet malt.
Overall flavor is a sour orange note. Fairly crisp. Bitter dry finish.
A nice alternative to the American macros. Wouldn’t mind trying it on tap.

Mar 3, 2008 Tap at Pike Brewery. Pours a golden shade with a moderate haze. Aroma is that of light malt with a bit of citrus/floral hops. Light and sweet, perhaps a tad fruity and bready with a nice crisp, light bitter finish. Rather light body with medium carbonation. An enjoyable brew.
