Commercial Description:
A mildly hopped beer with a complex malt character, and a soft creamy head. Soft and fruity with light yeast esters of apricot and orange. It is a refreshing and crisp session beer, with just enough hops to balance and round out the sweetness of the malt. 34 IBU 1.048 OG

12oz bottle. Pours golden with a small white head that dissipates almost instantly. Aroma is of spice, yeast, citrus, malt, and hops. Not a bad aroma at all. Taste is of floral hops. Backbone is of bready malt. There is also spice, yeast, and corn. Mouthfeel is light and very carbonated. Not harsh, but not a whole lot of taste. Drinkable but not special. It does the job.

Aroma is fruity with some hop esters. Appearance is cloudy amber with a good sized head. Flavor is hops, fruit, sweet malt. Overall flavor is a sour orange note. Fairly crisp. Bitter dry finish. A nice alternative to the American macros. Wouldn’t mind trying it on tap.

Not a favorite style but this one was not bad. It had a malt character and yet a NW hop crispness

Bottle from PC Market of Choice in Ashland, OR. This was a very average beer. Clean dry fruity flavor. Just like many others I got the slighty off metallic finish.

I liked this as a golden ale. A decent head and hoppiness and just a little bit organic. I can see drinking this again and for friends.

en pike brewery con sici, parte de un sampler de siete birrias. pike’s market es increible, las patas de king crab inmensas. se come bien en seattle. esta es bastante suave. talvez despues de haber probado tanta buena birria ya no impresiona.
