Feb 6, 2006 Golden colour with a fairly fruity cascade type of aroma. Sweet grapefruit/orange aroma with some toffee malts. Light crystal malt. Flavour is well-balanced. Lots of hop flavour. I’d like a bit more bitterness, but it is well-made. Nice session beer.

Jun 28, 2003 Ruby copper hue. Mellow apple juice aroma. Good carbonation feeling on the tongue, with mellow malts showing up, and a small hop kick at the end. One of the better amber ales.

May 7, 2009 Tap@Brewpub. Apricot, peach and light hoppy aroma. Pale yellow colour, off-white head, good lace. Sweetish, light bitter, light floral, fruity. Medium body, soft mouth feel. Refreshing, highly drinkable, well balanced.

Jul 7, 2003 Clear bronze color with moderate carbonation and retentive head. Aroma has slight hops and malt, nothing stands out too much, this is a session ale after all. Flavor is very bland and needs a little dry hopping. Palate is wet, bitter and refreshing. This is a standard ale, nothing spectacular, kind of sublime.

Jul 15, 2008 Draught @ the brewpub. Pours a clear golden color with a small white head. Has a malty hoppy and slightly fruity aroma. Fruity malty earthy hoppy flavor. Has a malty hoppy finish.

Oct 18, 2009 A translucent golden ale with a thin creamy white head. In aroma, a very nice lightly floral hops over silky malts, and light orange pulp notes. In mouth, a good intense oily malt, with loads of esters, light and restrained hops, almost Belgian in style, like Palm. Medium bodied. On tap at brewpub, Sept. 12 2009.

Jun 20, 2007 A light aroma of fruit and malt. Light amber color with a white head that was not huge. Starts fruity, like stone fruit, then orange develops. The cabonation is moderate and it is less than medium bodied. The malt sweetness is not harsh or roasted, but it is noticeable in the finish, where a light fruity bitter is also present. Very drinkable. It gets even tastier as consumption proceeds.
