Commercial Description:
A mildly hopped beer with a complex malt character, and a soft creamy head. Soft and fruity with light yeast esters of apricot and orange. It is a refreshing and crisp session beer, with just enough hops to balance and round out the sweetness of the malt. 34 IBU 1.048 OG

I had this on tap in Seattle, and it was better, but I'm rating the bottle I brought home. Golden color with a pretty white head and lace. Funky grain nose. Very fruity flavor with lots of apricot and apple. Nice body, but better with the pub burger.

tap at the brewpub - Pours light gold with a thin head. The aroma is mildly malty and has a touch of hops. The flavor is actually pretty well balanced. I was presently surprised that a blonde ale had a decent amount of hops. I thought it was overcarbonated and thin, but this is alright for a light session brew.

Draft at the brewpub. Lightly malty and sweet aroma, some pale grainy notes and faint sugars, a touch of floral hops here as well. Clear pale golden color with an uneven, fine, white head. Flavor is predominantly grainy maltiness, this showing from start to finish, along with a twinge of spicy bitterness and acidic citrus. Some white bread, honey and lightly floral touches here. Finish is fairly dry, clean and snappy with lingering herbal touches. For the style, really not bad.

Draft at Pike Pub, Seattle. Pours a clear, bright amber with a lacy white head. Inviting peach and citrus aroma. Light body and medium carbonation. A bit of toffee in the taste. Dry pine finish that is also a bit grainy. The bitterness builds a bit as I get closer to the bottom of the glass.

The recipe of this beer has changed some over the past years, but here’s the latest take--Poured a golden-copper body with a medium white head. Nose was slightly fruity American-styled ale with complex malt undertones, and a crisp session balance, great for the hot summer days, or whenever

22oz bottle 5.5% abv from BevMo. Pours a medium mostly clear golden color with a 1 finger thick off white head that diminishes to a small ring leaving nice lacing. Nose of some citrus, light spice, light hops and lingering Belgian yeast. Flavors of citrus and light hops. Crisp refreshing finish, better than I expected.

Bottle. Pours a light orange color. Aroma consists of malts and a little bit of hops. Slightly sweet. Some hops going on with an odd tasting sweetness.
