Commercial Description:
A mildly hopped beer with a complex malt character, and a soft creamy head. Soft and fruity with light yeast esters of apricot and orange. It is a refreshing and crisp session beer, with just enough hops to balance and round out the sweetness of the malt. 34 IBU 1.048 OG

On tap at Pike in Seattle. Pours a clear gold color. Aroma of sweet malt and bread with some floral. Flavor was bready and pasty, with a bit of apple and flowers. Just ok.

Pours a light hazy golden orange with a light foam head and some lace. Fresh hop aroma - quite nice! Bland blonde taste, slightly sour, very bitter. Good carbonation, thin crisp body. Not bad - reminds me a bit of Stella Artois.

Look is golden in color, cloudy, with a thinnish off white head. Smell is hops, malts, caramel. The feel is almost sticky with its medium body. Taste is some hop bitterness, malts, fruit, and floral. Off to me.

Aroma is fruity with some hop esters. Appearance is cloudy amber with a good sized head. Flavor is hops, fruit, sweet malt. Overall flavor is a sour orange note. Fairly crisp. Bitter dry finish. A nice alternative to the American macros. Wouldn’t mind trying it on tap.

I liked this as a golden ale. A decent head and hoppiness and just a little bit organic. I can see drinking this again and for friends.
