| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Mar 5, 2003 An average creamy head that leaves a fair amount lace on the glass. The head mostly diminishes in a matter of about a minute. A light amber in color that is clear. It has a slightly malty aroma, with a hint of bananas. Also a slightly almost citrus hop aroma. Nice malts on the tip of the tongue with a dry hoppiness in the finish. The finish however is quick to diminish. The malts are quite fruity, some apple in there maybe. baobubba (451), Corvallis, Oregon, USA

It finishes slightly bitter. The body has a nice fullness to it. It goes on sale quite often where I am so I will buy it again and see how it goes then. Lubiere (4553), Ottawa, Ontario, Canada
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 2/5 | 14/20 | Oct 18, 2009 A translucent golden ale with a thin creamy white head. In aroma, a very nice lightly floral hops over silky malts, and light orange pulp notes. In mouth, a good intense oily malt, with loads of esters, light and restrained hops, almost Belgian in style, like Palm. Medium bodied. On tap at brewpub, Sept. 12 2009. harlequinn (2745), Tacoma, Washington, USA

Nothing really stands out in the aroma, not very balanced in the carbonation, with a grapefruit like taste with a nice hoppy kick in the mouth. Good flavor all the way through to the end. Light and easy to drink. iowaherkeye (1890), Los Angeles, California, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jul 14, 2008 12oz bottle, no date from riversideAK. Clear golden orange with a 1/2 finger white head, fading to a fing and thin film rather quickly. More hops than I’d expected--pine and florals with some biscuity malts and honey in the background. Flavor was pretty much the same with the moderate hop presence turning more piney, and plenty of sweet biscuity malts and honey on the malt end. Bitterness peaked around a 3 1/2 in the back corners of my tongue. Low carbonation with a light body. I’m going to mirror Naven’s comment that I was pleasantly surprised, and would have no problem sessioning this for a night. duffman462 (163), Gainesville, Florida, USA

Aroma is strangely almost identical to Honey Nut Cheerios, dominated by caramel and light noble hops. Appearance is slightly hazy yellow with a medium maintained white head. Flavor is sweet candilike malt forward with a grainy but light bittering. Mouthfeel is also slightly grainy. Overall, simple but somehow not easy drinking.
