I taste peches, honey, lemon, buffered bitter. fruity than most batrleywines wihtout the sour esters. alcohol warming. a fine one. (apparently charging a high price at the store for a bottle.) Nose is full of strong sweet malts, caramel, toffee, and a hint of citrusy hops. Flavors of caramel, sweet malt, bitter piney hops, grapefruit, and citrus. Nice mouthfeel, thick, but not to heavy. Aroma is sweet and fruity, caramel malts, and brown sugar, with huge floral hops too. Sweet caramel malts and brown sugar up front with big balancing bitterness that is both floral and aspiriny. Lingering bitter hops even for being 2 yrs old. Only a little alcohol. I enjoyed this one alot.
