Aroma is sweet and fruity, caramel malts, and brown sugar, with huge floral hops too. Sweet caramel malts and brown sugar up front with big balancing bitterness that is both floral and aspiriny. Lingering bitter hops even for being 2 yrs old. Only a little alcohol. I enjoyed this one alot. joebrew (608), Farewell Minny; Hello Puyallup, Washington, USA

Lots of orange like citrus as well as very sweet malt on the nose, accomanied by a hint of heat. Very full creamy mouthfeel with a good amount of citrus. The alcohol is definately there, but the citrus hoppiness smooths it out into a very nice finish. Very nice beer, but I think I should have waited longer for it to mellow a touch more. dchmela (1458), Orlando, Florida, USA

Big hop dominant aroma with hints of smoke and caramel. Thick mouth feel with lots of malt, but grapefruit style hops are still very dominant after two years. Bitterness has dyed down a little, seems like the perfect time to drink this.
