Commercial Description:
Medium hopped with malt and wheat character, a smooth fruity balance and soft creamy head. Mild fruity esters and a soft wheat flavor are the major characteristics of this beer. It is light and crisp with just enough hops to balance and round out the sweetness of the malt and wheat.

Nice refreshing beer, but lacking a little in the wheat department. Sampled from draught pours a pleasent bright golden colour which is semi cloudy. Aroma is of pears and green apples. Taste is refreshing, clean but not at all wheaty.

Though listed as a german wheat, this beer has a nice refreshing American wheat and flavor with a a sour apple finish.

Clear and yellow, watch out. Aroma was citrusy and lemony. Body was minimal and flavour was citrus and thin with little malts. Not great.

On tap at Pike Pub: Yellow and clear in color, lemon citrus aroma. Light mouthfeel but very well carbonated. Yeasty and citrussy flavors, not very wheaty. Crisp finish.

Hazy orange brown, same as the wood at the table in the brewpub. Medium-full roast aroma. Seems strongly spiced, doesn’t the description at the bar say it’s Belgian? Now I can’t remember and it’s not in my notes. Initially toasted wheat, strong yeast character and seems to be spiced with coriander. I hope I’m not way off. As I drink it, it softens into gentle citrus and a bit of smoky driftwood.

Water and wheat on the nose, (american wheat style) no clove/banana. Thinnish and oddly bitter late.

Tap: Clear yellow-gold color with not much head. Not that impressive, but not offensive either. Light and crisp. Not really my favorite style.
