Pours a slightly hazy light copper amber with a fairly apathetic little off-white head. Big sour wheat nose with plenty of banana yeast esters and clove notes as well. Homebrew tried it and pointed out that too many american brewers refuse to believe that hefeweizen yeasts can work well at 62-64F, so they leave them out at 74-76 and they go bonkers, leaving behind way too many esters in the process. Interesting point. The body’s creamy and medium, plenty more of the banana and clove plus sour yeast on the mid-palate. It’s a clean enough little beer but they probably need to rethink the philosophy behind their fermentation. mabel (2612), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Medium, clean body with flavors of citrus, wheat and malt along with a touch of yeast. The finish is short and fruity with a touch of wheat in the aftertaste. Just average overall.
