OSLO (825), Perth, Australia Sep 1, 2007 [Bottle, thanks Skyview] Pours dark brown with a dark tan head. Aroma is light hops, roasted malt, some chocolate, leather maybe?. Taste is hoppy, long roasted taste. Slightly bitter at the end. Thin with a long finish. Average, but too hoppy for my liking. kp (8400), Woodstock, Georgia, USA Sep 1, 2007 Updated: Sep 9, 2007Date: 11/22/1997

Black olive aroma, chocolate, dark rum, vanilla--very nice. Clean chocolate flavor, the perfect amount of heat to give it punch. Vanilla. A really well-crafted stout. robforbes (1083), Bremerton, Washington, USA Aug 16, 2007 Updated: Nov 30, 2008old rating: 7/4/7/4/15 - 3.7 (bottle).
