On draught (at the berewery tap): Yellow colour, hazy, firm white head; fruity (some traces of citrus) and yeasty nose; fruity beginning with a tinge of yeast; mild dry flavour, very mild, but some carbonation may tickle Your tasting buds; distinctive bitterness (Tettnang hops) in the aftertaste combined with some fruitiness and a tinge of yeast; light bodied, quite well quaffable, rather well rounded. It’s organic, but don’t be afraid.......

(bottle) Pale & hazy yellow colour with a medium frothy white head. Floral hoppy nose with elements of citrus fruits. A very crisp brew, although quite light bodied. Medium dry and fruity flavour with a slight bitterhoppy aftertaste.

Draught at Pinkus Brauerei. Served in Pinkus Müller’s lagerbier stein. Golden color. OK head. Lightly hopped aroma. The flavor is lightly hopped, too. The finish is thin. Easily drinkable, but lacks character.

Hazy golden color, small frothy head. Light traces of orange in the nose. Weak grassy taste. Kind of watery and all in all thin bodied.

Sweetish citrus nose, hazy pale gold, sticky head. Light grainy malt with lemon flavors. Broad dull hop bitter. Thinish with a crisp mouthefeel. OK lager.

Golden coloured. Very fruity with too much sweetness and too much yeastiness. Notes of exotic fruits. A very strange lager.

[At Jyske Øldage 2004, Kolding] A hazy light yellow beer. Both the aroma and flavor are swee malty with notes of hops, but the body is thin.

Golden color with a white head. The taste is malty light earthy with a bitter slight hoppy palate.
